Find Your Flow is a practice designed to connect your mind, body, and breath. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time, returning after a long break, or looking to deepen your regular practice—you are welcome here.

This practice will focus on trauma-informed yoga sequencing for regulating the nervous system linking breath with movement while increasing body awareness skills such as proprioception and interoception to help ride the waves of emotional and behavioral processes.
