Strength and Aerobic Conditioning meets mindfulness.  This group flows similar to a “bootcamp” style class where we use resistance bands and body weight exercises to move our bodies.  Taught in an approachable and trauma-informed way, these groups are great for people looking to move their body in a way that works for them, while practicing stress reduction skills in the process.  

Groups are 60 minutes total, and always end with 10 minutes of a relaxation exercise.  Just like other groups at Flow Space, Mindful Movement focuses in on moving our bodies in healthy ways while digging into our mindfulness practices.  Zero emphasis on body weight, body size, or weight loss.  Participants leave feeling steadier, clearer and more connected- not depleted.
