Got stress? Resilience Ride is a drop-in, indoor cycling group with resilience (aka stress management) skills blended in. Through the integration of movement and mindfulness, groups are designed to help individuals improve mental wellbeing while “on the move”.
Each group features movement similar to what you might see in a gym or studio setting. The difference is, Resilience Ride focuses on physical and mental wellness.
Groups feature low-pressure, rhythm-based cycling intervals, breath cues, body awareness prompts, stress-regulation education, as well as opportunities for reflection and integration.
Groups are 60 minutes total, intentionally ending with 10 minutes of a relaxation exercise. Groups are completely adaptable for ALL fitness levels (especially beginners) and there is zero emphasis placed on body weight, body size or weight loss. Participants leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more connected-not depleted.
